If the photographs go up into the Blue Mountains, to Glenbrook or Wentworth Falls, the day gains around forty minutes each way and the light drops earlier up there than it does on the plain. That single choice affects the length of the booking more than the choice of car does, so it needs settling when you book rather than on the morning.
The riverside venues bring the other Penrith detail. The Rowing Club and the Regatta Centre have narrow approaches and limited turning space, and a full-length stretch limousine does not always sit well on them.
