The Hills books differently to the rest of Sydney. Where south-western suburbs take a sixteen seat Hummer for the whole friendship group, Castle Hill families more often book a prestige sedan or a supercar for one or two students, and arrive separately rather than together.

That changes what we plan for. More vehicles, smaller groups, tighter arrival windows at the same venue, and driveways that a long stretch limousine physically cannot turn in. We confirm the vehicle against the property before the day rather than discovering it in the dark.

Windsor Road and Old Northern Road are the other constant. Both slow badly from four in the afternoon, and the Metro has not changed that for cars. We route around the worst of it and add buffer. Year 12 groups here who do want to travel together usually take a mid-size limousine rather than the largest one.
